Stations of the Cross - Whole School Worship led by Year 6 - April 2025
Year 6 led some lovely reflections for the Stations of the Cross on the last day of the Spring term.
Visit to the Church of the Assumption of Our Lady - April 2025
Year 4 attended Mass at church and afterwards led the Stations of the Cross reflections for the parishioners. They were invited to a community Lenten lunch and afterwards Fr. Ignatius gave them a tour of the church, teaching them about the altar, tabernacle and sanctuary lamp.
Big Lent Walk - March 2025
Throughout Lent the children have been taking part in the Big Lent Walk. They have been running or walking laps of the playground to raise money for CAFOD.
Ash Wednesday Mass - March 2025
Fr. Ignatius led a whole school mass for Ash Wednesday.
Christmas Jumper Day - December 2024
Pupils were invited to wear a Christmas jumper to school to raise money for our CAFOD Christmas gifts.
Each class chose what they would like to donate from the CAFOD World Gifts catalogue as follows:
Year R wonderful worms
Year 1 super soup kitchen, emergency water, vegetable garden and happy queen bee
Year 2 teach someone to read
Year 3 teach someone to read and happy queen bees
Year 4 Emergency water, Vegetable garden and bees
Year 5 fighting fires in the amazon rainforest
Year 6 Soup kitchen, vegetable garden, teaching someone to read and emergency water

Remembering Whole School Worship led by Year 3 - November 2024
Y3 led a poignant and reflective worship session for the school.
Harvest Whole School Worship - led by Year 2 - October 2024
Y2 led a wonderful Harvest liturgy where we thanked God for providing for us and thought about others in need. We were really impressed with how we could hear every word the children said so clearly! Children also were invited to wear a brightly coloured hat to school to raise funds for CAFOD. We raised £106.17.
Creation Liturgy - led by Year 5 - September 2024
Year Five presented a thoughtful Liturgy for the whole school. We reflected on God’s wonderful world and the ways in which it is under threat and how we can look after it.
