On this page we will share our current theme, post our weekly news, award winners and spellings so you can keep up to date with our learning.
We are looking forward to working together with you to make this a wonderful year for your children. As always if you have any questions or need to talk to us, we are available.

You will find our enquiry question below......
We are going to take care of our insect 'Animal Kingdom' at Forest School by building our very own
'Buggingham Palace'
We had so much fun using the hacksaws to cut the tubes needed to make our bug hotel.
Superstar Award
Our Superstar award celebrates how special and unique every single person is. Below is our 'Special Me Tree' it showcases the reasons why our classmates think we are special. We use all of these wonderful qualities to Endeavour, Achieve and Respect in a loving faith community.

We had such fun making our marvellous moving models in DT. All our models included either a lever or a pivot! Why not take a look at our fabulous models?

We had a wonderful time on our hook day. We were very lucky to have Shaldon Zoo visit our school to teach us about some amazing animals. We learnt so much and we even had a competition to name one of their African Land Snails. The name chosen was 'Karolina.'
Please can you ensure your child's PE kit is in school every week for our  PE lessons. PE will take place on a Tuesday and Thursday afternoon.
Tested on a Friday
We will be testing spellings within our Read Write Inc groups and the words will be linked to the sounds that we are currently learning.
Please check your child's book bag for their spelling folder and practise the spellings ready for the test on Friday. Thank you.
